About Us
Born November 26, 1950 in “Spanish Harlem”, New York City. Attended public schools in New York City; graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice-City University of New York, and; law degree in 1984 from New York Law School (Juris Doctor).
Devoted the last 30 years to the practice of law handling trials, appeals and transactions while representing clients. In 1984 acquired his license to practice law in the State of New York and began handling client’s legal matters. In 1986 joined the N.Y.C., Park Avenue, law firm, Fischbein, Olivieri, Rozenholc, & Badillo, to represent the firm’s private client in real estate transactions. In 1987 as a Trial Lawyer with the Criminal Defense Division of The Legal Aid Society in the borough of Manhattan, in New York City, criminal defense attorney for indigent clients. In 1994 was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and opened his private law practice to assist clients in a wide variety of legal matters, including, but not limited to transactions; trials; appeals; arbitrations; mediations; negotiations, and conferences. The legal areas of his law practice include, but are not limited to criminal defense; family law; real estate law; estate planning-wills, trusts and other advance directives; collections; landlord & tenant; immigration & naturalization, and civil law matters.
Licenses to practice law in various jurisdictions: the States of New York and Florida, and some of the Federal Courts: District Court of Southern District of New York; District Court of Middle District of Florida; United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and; the United States Supreme Court.
